Are Freedom products biodegradable?
Yes, Freedom products are biodegradable.
Freedom product are:
• Non-toxic
• Non-hazardous
• Non-corrosive
• V.O.C. compliant
Freedom does NOT contain:
• Kerosene or Petroleum (the smells are usually masked with perfumes)
Webster definition for Kerosene:
Flammable hydrocarbon oil is usually obtained by distillation of petroleum and is used for fuel and as a solvent and/or thinner.
Freedom products also include:
• UV blockers
• Anti-Stats (keeps light dust & dirt from re-adhering and keeps a brilliant shine!)
Will Freedom ONE/Original Formula clean as well as a bucket of water and soap?
Yes. Freedom ONE/Original Formula will clean as well or better than a bucket of water and soap. For the tougher contaminants like insects, bird droppings, tar, and brake dust, we recommend using our Freedom Complete Clean.
Will this product scratch my paint?
No, it won’t scratch your vehicle if used properly. All Freedom products are surface friendly. The product will protect your vehicle’s paint while cleaning. Freedom contains a mix of biodegradable ingredients including wetting agents, lubricants, and surfactants. The surfactants enable the wetting agents to surround the dirt particles, leading to emulsification (dirt and contaminants are reduced to microscopic particles and held in suspension in the liquid). The dirt is then easily absorbed by the microfiber towel leaving a scratch free surface.
What causes the ‘feather like’ scratches in my paint?
Spraying your vehicle with water only removes some of the superficial dirt, but small particles of dirt remain adjacent to the surface of the paint. When rubbing a sponge or a chamois over your paint actually grinds this dirt into the paint. This is what causes the ‘feather like’ scratches. Most vehicles have ‘feather like’ scratches when they have been cleaned using traditional water washing methods. When using Freedom and a microfiber towel, you will actually make the ‘feather like’ scratches less visible while protecting the paint from future road debris.
How many gallons are used when washing with water?
If you are washing your vehicle in your driveway, depending on if you’re using a bucket, if there is a nozzle on the hose, the size of your vehicle, and how dirty it is you could use between 70 – 200 gallons of water!
Who can use the Freedom product?
Anybody can! The application process does not involve high pressure or extensive rubbing. While cleaning your vehicle, it does not require soaking (with a lot of product). Simply spray your microfiber towel and the area on the vehicle you are going to clean. Wipe the area clean and then buff out the haze left behind with a dry microfiber towel.
Can I reuse a microfiber towel that has been dropped on the ground?
No! Microfiber material is made to pick up everything… dirt, rocks, or any kind of hard material. We always recommend washing the microfiber towel before using it again.
When and where can you use Freedom products?
Use Freedom waterless carwash virtually anywhere, anytime. Wet or dry. You can wash your vehicle in the sun or in the shade. It’s so easy you can take it with you! If it’s too cold outside, wash it in your garage.
Can I use Freedom products if my vehicle has a lot of dirt on it?
Yes, but first we recommend spraying your vehicle off with just enough water to remove any excessive dirt, sand, or clay build-up. Then you can clean with Freedom while it’s wet or dry! What can Freedom products be applied to?
You can use Freedom products on Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Hummers, Motorcycles, RVs, Watercraft, Aircraft, etc. Exterior and interior. The Complete Clean can be used virtually anywhere!
